Urgent: FX 5600U voltmod!

Hi!

I have a GeForce FX 5600 Ultra(nvidia reference PCB), cooled with pelt 156W. I only found this voltmod: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=18022 wich will be perfect for me, but there are no photos!!!
