Anyone like this fan? (Enermax 120mm)

I was considering a fan to replace the 120mm in my PSU and to put a 120mm blowhole in the top of my computer...
I looked on newegg and found this...
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...999-012&depa=0

It looks perfect. It's slimmer than normal (25mm thick) and is rated for 94CFM at 30db....
After reading the reviews on newegg for it I only see 2 that aren't 5 stars... what do you guys say?

Also for another question to stick in here... any ideas on where to get some cheap clear tubing to make a duct from my CPU fan (on SP97) to the back of my computer? I have an 80mm in the back and I am going to turn it to blowing inside and duct it up to the 90mm on my CPU....

Thanks

I have one as the front intake fan in my wife's machine. Look HERE for details on how I modded her case. It's doing a great job of keeping things nice & cool without the excessive noise. I think the highest temp I've seen on hers is about 42°C. I'd say go with it!

baltoos, what do you think of the noise? I've seen several places list it at 30dba but I don't see it possible. I've also seen some people say it was more like 36-39 dba. What did you think of it? None of the other fans can push that much air without getting upwards of 36dba so I find it hard to believe.

I don't think it's too loud at all. It's not as noisy as My new rig.

Have you heard the panaflo m1a 120mm? Just wondering because I always compare other fans db levels to it. I feel the panaflo dba specs are accurate. Enermax also makes this fan, which is why I would think the enermax listed above would be more in the range of 36 dba. 36dba is pretty quiet to me though, so it would still be worth it. Regardless, the specs don't matter. Baltoos says it's pretty quiet so that's more important.

I've got Panaflo L1A 120mm fans blowing out the top of both new rigs. I really don't notice the noise at all. The most noise from mine seems to be the 2 Panaflo H1B 92mm fans on the front of my comp & it's not too bad.

I use those fans!

I have three of those exact fans on my Thermochill 120.3 Radiator. It works great. I have them in the push fashion on the rad. They are quiet and very good with CFM in my opinion. The fan controler is great! and you really can't go wrong with the quality of the company.

I give them all thumbs up for sure.

Think it would be easy to replace the fan controler they give you with one off of a smart fan? I bought a few smart fans and they came with knobs but I don't use them because I have a fan controler... and the fan controler in my PSU is just crap. It's a dial but still only runs on low or high... you can feel a click when it changes over.

I dont think the speed fan controller will work. It isnt mounted inline with either of the poer wires.... Idk how it IS wired.
