SP2 Is Not On My TOP 10

Edited With More Detail:

Serivce Pack 2 I have had many problems with, i first had it installed on a computer on my network, you couldn't access the computer anymore from another network pc even if the firewall was disabled, at first when only SP1 the computer was using 65MB RAM, then after i installed SP2, the computer was using 87MB RAM, Also after i installed it, it said i couldn't update due to the fact BITS service wasn't enabled, which i checked and it was running.
Also i had network printer errors, the printer was working fine until SP2 was installed then it gave me incorrect driver errors, and after re-installing the drivers, i got the same error.

SP2 has been discussed quite a bit...why not add to an additional thread?

Also, what problems are you having specifically? You're awfully vague, and it's difficult to listen to someone when they don't use anything to back their point up. I haven't had any issues with SP2, it's running perfectly fine for me.

if anything, almost all people have said that they have less services running, is this an upgrade to SP2 or a clean install and then upgrade to SP2?

SP2 running fine for me and the PC's at work.

How well it gets along with things depends on the specific set of applications and the state of your current install... If your install is in shambles, or you are running applications which have known SP2 issues, your gonna have problems.

I waited for SP2-CD and then took following precautions:
>Cloned a spare disk with Norton Gost 2003
1-scan with Spybot
2-Scan with Adaware
3-scan with NAV
4-Clean registry with NSW-2004.
5-I then deleted all prefetch files & reboot twice, then disable/enable System restore.
6-Then go Start-Run-msconfig, disable all at startup, hide all MS Services and disabled the rest of them, and rebooted.
7-I then defragged the disk and rebooted.
8-I then installed SP2 from CD.......20min.
>>>No problems, except for the following minor ones:
1-Had to "enable" Windows Media Player for each user[8x], to make it work[Remember shortcut option]
2-When logging out and in to another user, internet is cut off....Just corrected the setting...Network connections-Properties-Advanced..."Allow other network....."=Check.
3-Lost my scrolbar on Welcome screen[8x users]..Regained it by unchecking Welcome screen option, reboot & and recheck it again + fast user switching.
4-The disk was left in a great mess, so I defragged again.
>>>I am using both firewalls at moment, like before, without problems so far.

Or hardware...

I know several people who have ended up having to reformat because their printers no longer work with SP2. These are professional photographers with quality high end printers. I have heard of a few consumer level HP & Epsons suddenly ceasing to work with SP2 as well.
