with the omegas, can I be successful with a driver swap to the 9700 or the 9800 with my 9600xt?

dont think it would work since the other cards are based on a completely different core and if your talking about 9700 or 9800 pros those cards have 8 pipes instead of the 4 that the 9600xt has
