Anyone know what chips are on my RAMs?


Hey, i'm using a stick of Corsair Value Select RAMs. Can someone tell me what chips're on it?

These are on the labels:
VS512MB40D LOT 04100870

On the RAMs:
VS32MB-5 2B0410

I meant, whether they are Samsung's TCCC BT-D43, TCB0, TCB3, CH-5, etc.

How do u tell from the numbers?

Many of the larger companies by unmarked ICs and label them so there would be no way on knowing what chips are being used unless someone has access to that data.
