Help with O/C Barton 2800+

I purchased two sticks of the Kingston Hyper-X KHX4000512R PC4000 so i have a total of 1gig of ram and when i adjust the timings or turn up the voltage up on my board it either wont go into windows and it loops or i get a memory failed error.

i have the latest bios update from asus for my Asus A7n8X Deluxe 2.0
Athlon XP 2800+ Barton.

if all possible i would like to push the barton to a 3200+, even when i turn the system fsb from 166mhz to 200mhz it seems it likes to fail.

any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
