Needing a new video card

My wife just got the Sims2 and it's really taxing her system.

Old sdr athlon board with an overclocked palomino and 512 meg of RAM and a geforce gts-v.

We almost NEVER play FPS's and if we decided to, lowering the res or not turning on effects would be fine. What would be a good card to get her with an A64 upgrade?

Looking at the FX5500's or FX5700LE's as ATI cards seem to have some trouble with simcity and some other games that we play.

But the FX's have half the performance... try looking for a GF4 Ti4200 or 4600 they'll do sims just fine.
