I'm pretty sure Newegg sells copper ones, if you really want to go down that road.

well for a buck, is it worth it? or should i put out like an extra 3 more dollars and get a copper one

I only got mine for the look. Nearly everything inside my case is copper. I don't think they really do anything really big to begin with.

Well I say feel the chips on your RAM. Are they HOT, Warm, or not really. If they are for some reason HOT, then you'll probably wanna get the heat spreaders, if they are warm, its up to you, if not then I'd say its really not that big of a deal unless you want them to look cool, heh
