Normal or not? My current driver is the latest of an omega driver
 
Looks normal to me.

3DMark01: Your older processor, low FSB, low memory speed and SDR memory bus is holding you back.

3DMark03: It's almost entirely dependant on video card, and that score is about right for a non-overclocked 9800 Pro.

3DMark05: Again, it's almost entirely dependant on video card, and that score is about right for a non-overclocked 9800 Pro.

yeah.. if you want to unleash the beast inside that card you gotta get up to at least 400mhz on the fsb.... if you can get the system up in the thin air you can really do some damage with the scores...

You hit 9000+ in 3Dmark01? You certainly didn't hit 9000+ in 3DMark03, unless it was running on liquid nitrogen and about 2.5 volts GPU...
