I really haven't seen many (any?) guys post about using these tiny bga modules from Kingmax, although they liked them pretty good in that AnandTech review. I'm guessing you've seen that.
I also haven't seen them for sale. Is that where your link will take us...a vendor?

We are not marketing any TinyBGA hardcore modules more. Now available hardcores are TSOP series.
