3rd machine

someone gave me a p 100 machine the other day and I don't have a hub or router to network them together. So my question is if I connect them with a crossover cable is there a way to manually download a WU and place it into a folder so it can get processed then up load it manually??

I would think that if you were sharing the internet connection through the other computer you would be able to do it...You may want to post something in the networking section im sure someone has tryed something like that

man just save 20 bucks and go buy a 10baseT hub. that's all i'm running. have to rewire those crossover cables or just find someone to make em cheap. If you can't find a hub locally get hold of me and i'll get ya one cheap.

Another solution is to put setispy + CLC on a floppy, start it on an internet ready computer stop it, take it to the one that is not connected run it from the floppy and then when it is done take it back to the internet ready computer and upload/download.
