How does one softmod a 6800 GT?

If at all possible, is it even worth it? Or should one just stick to the basic OC and leave it be?

Would temps change? Default voltage act differently? Better OC?

I hear flashing to an Ultra spec makes the timings more lax. So i think a flat out OC'ing would be better.

How does one softmod a 6800 GT?
