Ata 100 and 133 is what ide drives run on. There is no noticable difference between them. Ata 150 is what sata drives run on and as of now, there is almost no noticable difference between a *new* hdd on a ata100 ide channel and the same drive in sata format on a ata 150 channel.
They have more theoretical bandwidth but speeds across them are limited by physical limitations like how fast the platters in a hdd can spin. It's the technology holding back the technology... They can only go so fast yet the bandwidth can keep going up.
