Problems with K8N Neo2 Platinum Ed

I recently built my new computer with the K8N Neo2 Platinum and have a issue with the drivers, instead of using the CD i just downloaded the nforce drivers from the official nvidia website. It fails to install the audio drivers and when i try and run the nforce control panel it says i dont have nforce, and to check the device manager for conflicts etc?... any ideas or suggestions to which drivers to download?

Did you try the drivers from the CD?
I would give that a try, then try the MSI Live Update for drivers.
