A few stores local to me here in Toronto are selling these cards for ~$280 (plus 15% tax - another really, really good reason to order online from the states), as I mentioned above.
If you're set on buying your card in Canada, you might want to check out some Canadian forums with classifieds sections (
www.redflagdeals.com being the biggest I can think of), and look around for a cheaper, used card.
OC Forums has a classifieds section, and a lot of 9800 Pros seem to have been going through there recently; you could probably find one with a VGA silencer for ~$180 USD shipped.
NCIX is a superb Canadian store, and will certainly take good care of you - that's a very good deal as well. Both of the MSI RX9800s (Green and Red), as well as the newer Sapphire 9800 Pro cards, come with R360 cores as well (Noone has reported an MSI RX9800 card
without an R360 core). But as Aslan mentioned, the green MSI cards use a non reference PCB, which is a bit of a pain for aftermarket cooling.
Buying from the states is still much cheaper though.
