folding sata cables

i've seen warning about not folding sata cables, anyone know anything about safe ways to fold them so they stay against my case?

Duct tape them down if you can

Duct tape; fixes toys, holds things in place, and can be used to set a broken arm..

You can safely fold them as long as you leave loops at each end. If you fold them down flat the wires will break.
