ArTiFaX said:screw ebay, you never know what your going to get. Its too unreliable for me..unless i'm purchasing something under $100, but for something this expensive, i'm not willing to take the chance.
I'll vouch for this. Just look at my flashmodded R350 9800 Pro. LINKkooga_magnum said:get the 9800 pro, you can always soft mod it if you know what youre doing, gives you a 9800xt which is a great card
Untrue. Many true 9800 Pro's are sold around $190 and even less as refurbished (Around $150 on the egg) or on eBay or used from a forum.RJARRRPCGP said:Warning, Radeon 9800 Pros for less than $200 dollars are probably 128-bit ones!!! It seems that ATI likes to trick people into coughing up more money for a
Radeon 9800 Pro.

That's some crazy *** tax. $40+$60 overhead compared to the US.ArTiFaX said:yes, is there a problem? I got it at futureshop on sale for $279.99, it came to $320 after taxes. I know there were palces in the US i could have got it for $200 or around there. But after changing that to CAD dollars, then paying shipping/customs on it. I wouldn't have saved anything in the long run anyhow. I also know there were some a little cheaper in CANADA, but they were in B.C, and the shipping prices to ontario were $15+. So that wasn't worth it either. At least this way, I don't have to wait at all and I get my 3 year warranty. I've already been gaming my heart content!
