Where to buy CM stacker ATX extension cable?

With the CM stacker is a ATX cable, enabling easy dual PSU use (no cutting of wires). I've emailed Coolermaster, but haven't had a reply yet, so I'll just post the question here as well:

Does anybody know, if these extension cables can be bought separately (and where)?

I couldn't find it anywhere, and I'm not too surprised as Cooler Master gives the adaptor with the case.
www.overclockers.co.uk used to sell a Dual PSU adaptor, but it appears that they don't do so anymore, and I could not find any other sources for this.

However, there are guides on how you can make your own adaptor.
