I'm running Corsair Twin 2X256 3200LL modules.

Can anyone tell me what the chipsets are?

Bh-5 or Bh-6?

I looked at the sticker on the ram and the information is as follows:

CMX 256A - 3200LL
XMS 3205 V 1.1

I think your choices on 3200LL are BH5 or CH5. Early XMS3200C2 was BH6.

I suspect your stuff is old enough to be BH5, but you need to research the version number and see if that confirms this.

V1.1 is bh-5.
