Need some help with schematic for LCD's...

Ok, so I have some small LCD's.

One is 2x20characters, and the other is 2x40characters.

I found a schematic, except that it uses 16 pins, while both of my LCD's only use 14.

I attached a couple (blurry) pics of my LCD's, not sure how helpful they'll be...

VB+ and VB- in the schematic are for the backlight. The pins for the backlight are usually on the opposite side of the LCD from the other pins.
