Well like the title says i jus cant update xp i go to the website and bam error number: 0x80070424 , I scaned for virus and NOTHING, besides this there is nothing else wrong really with my comp?

any suggestions?

I have read through multiple websites and forums saying they knew how to fix the problem and all their solutions were much more complicated than this and still didnt work. So I joined this website just to tell you thanks for not deleting this topic even though it is getting close to being six years old.

did you try Dial-A-Fix? that program works wonders
