Newbie folder


folding on a p3 750 laptop. soon to have celery 433 o/c to 550 up and running again, will be folding 24/7 on this box.

I know about burning up laptop. I don't fold 24/7 with it. trying to get celeron up and running again, will fold 24/7 with that.

ya i toasted my laptop. but Compaq sent me a new one. It was only two months old. I'm folding on it again but I ahve a 4" desk fan blowing on it.

You too huh? I have mine propped up with a 12" fan blowing on it. After reading about your compaq I figured it would be better that way than having to send it back since this company is nowhere near as good service wise as compaq.

I also went it to power management and have my HD shut down in 3min. Before I had it set to nerver shut down the HD and it ran really ran hot.

LOL, I have a 12 inch desk fan blowing on mine too, its also in my computer room which has 2 window ac units on.
