i wanted to flash my x800 pro to xt-pe and i have been recommened the article cooler vga...... thing. But i wanted a silent cooling. What one should i get and it is worth buying silent or normal?
 
The artic cooler vga thing is called an ATI Silencer, so I guess it should be pretty quite.
