which is the best possible ram for my mobo?

I'm going to be getting the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum Mobo 939 Sock, and i want to get the best possible OCZ Ram for it that i can.

Am i able to put something like this into it?

any of the memory based on the Samsung TCCD IC's.

Look for PC3200 that has 2-2-2-5 timings. Pretty much guaranteed to be TCCD.

PQI Turbo 2-2-2-5, $250 at newegg
OCZ EL Rev 2.0, ~$270 at newegg.

There's more but I can't remember them right now.
