Are the Cooler Master Silent fans good enough to cool my case?

Are these 2 fans too weak to cool my Lian-li v2000? I put the original case fans on my heatercore (that's the plan anyway) and they were rated at I believe around 70cfm. I am watercooling everything, so not sure if I still need the higher cfm fans or not. So, any help is greatl appreciated.

If they're going to be used as case fans then they're adequate. Don't expect low temps, but if they're actually 22dBA then they should be worth the temp increase over the stock case fans.
