Ok i have got an AXP2000+ Tbred B and its at the moment 1.85 148*12.5=1850

ok so i wanna get a new mobo cos my current doesnt support Voltage adjustments and im only getting 34c load max !

Im not going to say which boards im interested in :)
i wanna see which boards u would recommend that would get me even higher OC

recommend me some boards, this shall be interesting

You can buy the NF7-S 2.0 like said above.

I would actually save my money and buy an A64 system the 2800's are $140 and a mobo can go for as little as $75.. Thats $215 for a huge improovment altho you will need to buy new ram pc3200 or higher.

So just go with the NF7-S 2.0

no im just looking for a motherboard. iv got 512mb pc2700 ram (which im gonna a pc3200 512mb for christmas + a 500w psu)

i just need a mobo.

ok so u both ahve said the NF7-S, the board i was seriously looking at, is ther any other solid boards similiar to that but cheaper?

just checking all possibilites,

oh and the board has gotta have PCI+AGP locks, which all NF2 have? am i right?

The ram you recieve for Christmas should be somewhat future proof. With that being said, it would be extremely wise for you to look at some TCCD-based ram. PQI Turbo PC 3200 ram can be found online at very reasonable prices and overclocks quite well.

Make sure that powersupply you buy is in fact a good one. A short stint in overclocking will teach you the necessity of a good psu. Recommendations include the OCZ Powerstream or the Fortron 530W.

And yes, all NF2 motherboards possess a working AGP/PCI lock.

yea thanks, yes i was going to get a PC3200

now im wondering, im nearly 99% sure, but a PC2700 + a PC3200 in the same motherboard will work right ?
and yea im not going cheap on the PSU either, seeing as if i get a good one, i wont need to replace for years and years until i dies.

yeah, they'll work, but either the 3200 will be underclocked to the 2700 speed (166mhz), or the 2700 will be overclocked to the 3200 speed (200mhz), or something in between.

ok so how would i make it so that the 2700 would be Overclocked ? and the 3200 not underclocked?

sorry i dont know much about the ram part of overclocking, im learning :)

For me when i have a pc3200 mixed with pc2700 in my NF7-S the system runs @ the pc2700 speeds.

If you get pc3200 it still actually better to keep the ram and cpu in Sync on a 1:1 ratio, so if the cpu is running 166fsb, then the ram need to stay @ pc2700 speeds which is 166fsb or 166x2=333. If you run the cpu @ 166fsb and the ram @ 200fsb the system will actually run slower.

You can still get the pc3200, just make sure youre pc3200 and pc2700 sticks run with a 1:1 ratio with the cpu cuss running youre ram @ say 200fsb or 400mhz, and the cpu @ 166fsb or 333mhz, maybe seem like itll be faster but itll run much slower. If you were thinking of getting pc3200 i would still do it cuss later on you can buya new cpu without worring about ram

yeah, with luck you can get that 2700 (166) up to 3200 (200) just keep the fsb:dram ratio at 1:1 (or 3:3 as the nf7 has no "1:1" option) and start at 166, and move you way up to 200mhz in small intervals, testing with memtest for stability at each step or so, i got my pc2100/pc2700 mix up to 182mhz with more volts and testing.
