yes there is. AT I think is smaller than ATX. What case are you using, that determines what size you need. If you can tell us the case we can point you in the right direction.
 
No, its nothing to do with size. AT PSUs are used for runing old style AT form factor motherboards. The mobo power connector is different, instead of one big plug its 2 smaller ones. Most modern motherboards use the ATX form factor, and require an ATX PSU. Unless the motherboard youre using is really old, you need an ATX PSU.
