If your vcore is undervolting on NEO2 Plat
Then try BIOS 1.2 out. I was having severe undervolting issues (1.55 + 10% was giving me 1.63v with BIOS 1.3 and up) With 1.2 the 1.85v setting gives me 1.77v and I was able to push my CPU up higher.
If anyone knows a way to modifiy this bios to include SBA address enable/disable please let me know
