x800 pro modding question

Hi everyone, i know that the x800 pro vivo version can be flashed into a xt, my question is does the brand of video card matter, like if i have a asus x800 pro and a sapphire x800 pro is one different from the other?

Nah the brand doesn't matter, just make sure you have 1.6ns ram on both sides, the ATI Rage Theater chip and the yellow dongle thing.

You should be safe to flash it from there. Hopefully it flashes without a hitch man.
