JoT does!
Quote:
Total Posts: 2,000,693 (2,214.86 posts per day)
i'd say that's pretty crazy!, coming out to 92.5 posts per hour or 1.54 posts every minute
this mod is deffinetly on the job 24/7, but how's that possible?

You have no idea how much moderating goes into keeping the Classifieds a safe place to buy, sell and trade.

I've heard that JoT actually has a mixture of Sobe Arush and Bawls fed to him intravenously, which sharpens his nerves and senses and keeps him awake so he can continue his search for trolls.

Wasn't it something like all the posts in the classifieds stopped counting towards the post count, and when that went into effect, all of the posts that had been contributing to users' post counts were transferred to JoT somehow?

Or did SSS just make that up?

That's exactly what happened. a good portion of all my posts were made in the Classifieds, despite the fact that I only ever have made roughly 20 deals. When I became a mod, I more or less inherited the Classifieds, according to some people

Even though the number is a little bloated, I really am patrolling the forums a lot. Oftentimes, especially on the weekends, I can be seen on in the wee hours of the night, troll-hunting. The Sunday before last, I was not offline for any length of time during the day.

When I was without internet for two months, I still was on nearly every day. Some might say I'm a little obsessive

And I thought I spent a lot of time on the forums - generally 10-15mins in the morning catching up with threads with replies overnight; a few hours during any breaks I have at Uni (usually 1 to 2.5 hours) and a few hours in the evening (min 2, usually, up to a max of 4-5).

I cant stay on all night - up at 6am in the morning most mornings :\.

If it is true, I would say this is some pretty messed up forum software!

I was going to post something on the lines of this, just was looking for a place to post when I found this one Whats the point in having a post count if it doesn't read right, kinda like having a visitors counter on a 100page site with out frames.

haha, just look at the 'find all posts by JoT' and you'll see that it must be an admin privelege to set the postcount. i bet if he wanted to, he could have 8 million posts.

What happened to the blues?

BTW, I think there is a limited number of spaces you can go in the database, so at like a billion 248 or something is what it maxes out at. Not sure though. I had a phpBB that maxed out at that no matter what you put in. Maybe to go higher you have to do it via the database.
