Dual psu Worth it?

I have a TT 480 watt PSU,and am going to upgrade to PCI-E (most likely 6600gt's w/ sli and a 3000/3200 proc w/ watercooling (120 v pump) I will have 2 optical drivers and a 4-5 120 mm fans+1 80mm blowhole. Will this be enough to crank the CPU+ all this stuff (doesnt seem like a lot compared to some of the stuff i see. So i was thinking adding a second PSU. I was looking at the http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...oryCode=011821 or would it be better to spend the $90 (svc has them for that much) on a fortron or another tt? I am going to sell my old computer to pay for the cpu/mobo/ram/gfx/hd/sound card. So i am good on cash. Also i do not know how to run dual psu's does anybody have a link?

EDIT http://www.svc.com/500xcon-uvor-37.html specs
