My friend has an old princeton lcd that came with her gateway computer, its been off for a while and now its got messed up colors, like it wont shown the green, but red blue and yellow work.
Plugged it into another comp, still messed up.
its not a windows/driver problem bc in bios/bootup the colors r messed up too.
any ideas? is it fixable?

Check the pins on the monitor connector; it's possible that one of them are broken/bent.

If all of the pins are OK you could:

1. RMA the monitor if it's still under warantee
2. Take the monitor to your local electronics repair shop, if available
3. Dissasemble the monitor yourself and see if there are any loose connections/burnt components.
4. Buy a new monitor.
