Which AMD Asu board?

I need some recommendations for AMD Asus mobos. I'm looking at both the K8V and the A8V; I recall reading that one of the two had a number of problems but I can't recall which or what. Not sure about whether I want to go 939 or 754 as of yet...things need to be decided soon

Im not sure about the boards, but you want to go with 939. The 754 is dead and fading out. Also, get a 90nm 64. The 3500+ seems to have a very good price/performance ratio.
