Yoper issue

OK, I installed Yoper on my laptop after loading Windows XP on my newly installed 40 GB HD.

Everything went well, for the most part.

Installed the Windows driver for my WLAN card (Trendware TEW221-PC) in ndiswrapper and it seemed not to have problems installing the driver and then modprobe'ing the ndiswrapper module. I could bring the connection up via iwconfig and dhcpcd it to get an address.

Anytime after that, when I try to access something via a domain name, the machine freezes.

I find all this strange since before I changed the laptop HD, I had Gentoo installed and everything worked flawlessly with ndiswrapper.

I checked the resolv.conf file and everything is consistent with my other machines.

Any ideas? Arkaine?
