Will the VIA K8T800 PRO chipset still be able to be used on the new AMD 64 939 boards with PCI-Express instead of AGP?

The reason I am wondering this is I am thinking about going to a 939 and I hear that the K8T800 PRO is an excellent chipset for overclocking, but I also want to be able to go with the new PCI-Express technology motherboards for upgradeability.

Any guru's who are looking to the future?

No it doesn't otherwise they would have made pci-e boards with it a long time ago when it came out, but don't worry there is another one coming out i think it's called K8T890.
