supermicro X6DAE-G and SC743i-645

Hi,
I recently bought a Supermicro X6DAE-G with dual Xeon Nocona on 3.2 (put together by a local shop)

It is EXTREMELY noisy (SC743i-645)... specification says it's 'extremely low noise'... what a joke

It comes with 4 removable 5000rpm fans located at about 1/3 of the length (inside) and two Intel coper coolers and fans (also very noisy)

I am ready to change everyone of them (including the case as a last option)...

So ... tell me what to buy
(it's not that I have all the money in the world)
