i am considering buying this, Gigabyte GA-K8NS Pro & AMD 64 2800
but will it make much of a difference from what i have

i would use all the hardware from my old comp(current)

i can get it locally at a little higher price than online
but not by too much

but will i see a difference in gaming?

hi
i had Gigabyte GA-K8NS (nmot pro version) coupled with newcastle 3000+
i had a rock solid overclock at 2500 mhz (250*10) ,*htt.mem runing 1/1 at 250 with 2.5,3,3,7 timing
what i can say more than this a good board :)
i had a barton 2500+ runnig at 2530 mhz with ti4200 my 3d mark 2001 was 15.5k know with a 64 setup it went to 18.5k
i get a radeon 9800se (unlocked the 4 pepline and i am know at 23k with 420 gpu 375 on memory
get the A64 but it will be better to get the Winchester 90nm the same prize as the A64 s754 but with duall channel
