RAMs fail memtest differently at 220Mhz FSB

Hello,

I'm not quiet understand why my 2 modules(2x256mb kit) fail differently at 220mhz FSB with 2-2-2-5 1T. One module would fail after 2hrs of test #5 in memtest, why other would fail around 10mins on the same test. And I test each module in same slot #1.

From 200Mhz to 215Mhz FSB, they similarly passed memtest86 test #5 for 12hrs. But shows a different at 220Mhz.

This ram kit is from PDP Patriot XBL PC3200 2x256Mb from newegg.com and is running on my Abit NF7-S v2.0

What can you guys conclude from this matter?
