I gave it a shot, too. It is a good deal, and good software. I'll post how smooth it goes, the website isn't exactly encouraging

I'm getting this burner for Christmas: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=27-106-961&depa=0 , is the Nero that comes bundled with it, the same one for sale? (click the image on the left to see the bundled software)

yeah in the picture there is an oem version of nero, and newegg is very good about sending what is in the pictures

Pretty sure this only comes with Nero Express, not the full blown deal.

*UPDATE*
Ok , I just recieved my order today from my original posted deal .
The version I recieved is Nero Suite-3 6.3.1.25 (oem) . I just upgraded it with a download to the latest 6.6
So Iam a very happy camper for my $8 investment . Now I just need to get a new dvd burner .
Seems the deal is still ongoing if anyone is interested . (see first post for link)

Oh, then mine should be arriving soon! Good, I hate the EZCD crap that came with my new burner. Nero is much better.

still waiting for mine... with a little luck it will be here tomorrow. that is a great deal, I thought it would be an older version. even if it was an older version it would be a deal the funny thing is on oem software (like the antivirus i got from newegg), it says you cannot sell it except with a new computer, or hardware. hmmm... wonder how they avoid getting busted...

As Tsintse said, it is Express version only. That is probably sufficient for most folks but I'm not too pleased. I can't figure out how to burn a DVD when all I have is the contents of the TS_VIDEO folder.
