Time to upgrade or wait?

Ok, it's time for me to make a video card upgrade to my computer which led me to wonder if it wasn't time to upgrade more than that.
I'm probably gonna get the 6800gt.

Is it a good time to step into upgrading the MB and Proc?
and if so what is the best A64 MB out there now?

its tough right now because u want 2 have a board that is Sli ready so buying now might not be the thing 2 do........i would recommend waiting and buy a pci express 6800gt and mobo and proc..........
