Planning 2nd rig, ABIT or ASUS?

Its time for me to build my new rig, my old one is ok, got no problem with it, I use an ASUS P4P800SE on my old setup and ASUS is very reliable, now I want to try other MOBO, ived search and search and found this ABIT IC7 MAX 3 and heard so much good things about this MOBO, and Im also considering ASUS P4C800 E DELUXE, which do you guys think would be best for my new rig.

Both mobos are good, and with some vmods, can be even better. I would say get the board that you like more.
