3.0 prescot and amt 64

HI just a quick question does the prescott suport the new intel amt64 standard?

if i remember right its says my chip os of the "f" family.

If you have a 3.0F it supports EMT64. Where did you get it?

emt64 my friend, not AMD64. And the 64bit technology is only on the LG775 Socket T prescott core p4s, and as far as I know aren't available in the US, they were avaiable in the UK via overclockers.uk. There is a thread floating around somewhere.

I just noticed you have a socket 478 motherboard and CPU. There is no such thing as a 3.0F in socket 478. No socket 478 CPUs support EM64T.
