pcchips m922lr and ati 9700 pro

my friend has this board he got for frree frfom another friend, he bought a, ati 9700 pro,, anyone know if the agp can support this? seems to leave screen blank and no erorr sounds,, everything works with another cvard init, gonna try another psu more powerfull than the 250 or 300 thats intheir now.

also, is their any hacked bios updates to allow the 9700 pro to work at agp 1.0,
