I am experiencing system hangs (the system freezes for about 10-30 seconds, HD light is on whole time but HD is not spinning rapidly, mouse won't move) but then after about 10-30 seconds, it goes back to normal. This happens about every 5 minutes. I cannot figure out what the problem is!

XP pro
AMD XP Barton 3000+
512 Corsair RAM PC3200
80GB Western Digital SATA HD
Thermaltake 480W pure power
Radeon 9800 Pro
Epox 8RDA3+ motherboard
Lite-On 52x CD-RW
I just replaced the power supply, so its not that. Any ideas would be most appreciated, if no one responds I would think my next avenue is to test is swapping a hard drive.
