I was looking at some motehrboard.. and I was thinking.. My KV8 Max 3 has the OTES cooling for the PWM and MOSFETS and stuff... but why would Abit put this kind of extra cooling on a board that wont be able to overclock that far because it has no AGP/PCI locks. Now having said thay, none of the NF3 chipsets with locks.. or even the KT800 Pro's have the OTES cooling where it would really count. Am I missing somethings here?
