I just installed the new omega drivers today and I noticed somethign wierd. I have a radeon 9500 flashed to a 9700. All previous omega drivers would read my card's chip as a 9700 but these new drivers say I have a 9800 chipset, im not sure if its a bug or what.

try using other program like EVEREST and see what they say...or another program that could identify ur card's chipset...if they all come up the same...but its just most likely a problem with the driver...reporting the chipset wrong...

yea, that sounds like a good solution, ill see how other people react to this, so ill just wait it out to see if it is a bug.
