im having trouble installing a new bios on my av8 3rd eye mobo
ive tried using the flash utility that does it for you but that didnt work (part of the guru)
ive tried doing it the old way with a floppy but dunno if im doing sumthing wrong

Use a utility called DrDos to prepare a blank floppy that is bootable. Put all your BIOS files on the floppy that DrDos prepared, boot from it and when you get to the A: Prompt simply type "runme" and it should do it all for you from there.

If this is just the AV8 let me know as I made a little utility that will make things real simple for you.

The bios I used was AV8_17.

i got it done using the flash utility the version i had was to old
thanks for the help though
