New 6600GT problem???

I just my Leadtek 6600GT today and I used Coolbits to OC it, I used the recomended OC. But here is my issue, when I play a video the picture shakes, it is not stuttering, it is shaking rapidly but mildly. It is annoying. This replaced my ATI 9700pro, I used driver cleaner to uninstall ATI. Has anybody had this problem or anyone know what it might be.

AMD 3200 XP Barton
Crucial Ballistix PC3200 512MB x3
ASUS A7N8X Deluxe MoBo
Antec 430w PSU
WD 120 GB HD
Creative Audigy2 Platinum
Leadtek 6600GT

how does that work...?

anywho it sounds like a monitor problem more than a hardware, like a flickering CRT, try updating your drivers, and not using what came with the card

I have narrowed my problem down to Windows Media Player 10, video only shakes using Media Player10. I guess I'll have to try and reinstall it.

player 10 produces blocky artifacts when watching dvd with my leadtek so I don't use it for video

I have another Question, my card came with Splinter Cell, and it won't play. In the game configuration it states a problem "No non power-of-two render target support detected", I'm not sure what it's looking for, can anyone help on this
