6800U on Chiller OC Low?

I have a bfg 6800U with a danger den 6800 water block on it.
Using a chiller and temp is 25-26 when loaded stock.
Changed the voltages to 1.5 using nibitor and reflashed but my temps didnt rise eventhough the voltages have changed.
Getting 490/1200 stable but i think i should be able to go higher.
Anyone else have similar situations or help?

Sounds like you've reached the end of the road for that hardware. What are you using for the OC? Coolbits or Riva? Riva will let you push the OC higher but you have to verify it was beneficial by running bechmarks afterwards.

that is a bit low for that good of gpu temps... I assume you're right above the thermal throttling threshold? I can't remember the exact temp for that but it's around 22c.
you might just have a cards that won't break 500, these things happen

thats what i was guessing crimedog, it holds temp at 26C and gets a 14k 3dmark03 score at 450/1220 but when i raise it higher 3dmark score starts going down and locks up for a second occasionally. Whats odd is that even at 495/1250 i can run games stable for hours ie doom 3 max vid settings 8x AA.
Riva does let me get it clocked a little higher then coolbits but i still cant break the 500 mark, and i would think the 1.6ns ram should go higher since its made to run 1200.
Using 1.5 vcore on it if its not listed, and im thinking about doing the vmod to give it some more since my temps are low.

You have reached that cards limit for that voltage...since your score is going down it mean that u have infact reached it's limit...though it seems rather low for that temp...and your mem should b able to go higher then that...

In your temperature reading check if it's shooting up to the red. When the temp goes too low on these cards it thinks it's too high and throttles the speed. That wouldn't explain why your scores go down with higher scores though (it should be colder at lower clocks.)
I had bad luck with rivatuner and use powerstrip. Yes your ram should be doing more, is it cooled as well?
