Angry HELP! BIOS ROM checksum error Neo2 Plat

Greetings everyone,

I seem to have a drastic problem with my new NEO2 platinum. I was changing bios versions in hopes of getting the nvraid to function properly (I was having some problems installing windows, and yes I was installing both drivers).
After the last flash all I get is a BIOS ROM checksum error and the system proceeds to boot off a floppy. I have tried flashing the bios back multiple times with no success, keep getting checksum error.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

**EDIT** after playing around with some command line switches I got the BIOS back. Still having problems getting windows to install with NVRAID though....
